As a teacher of elementary through college, a professional singer, community theatre actress, and University of Michigan student filmmaker of award-winning documentaries, Ann has a unique perspective and is prepared to tell and sell a story. (Ask about her Grammy).
Ann originated AMG’s Preparing My Heart series which include Preparing My Heart for Christmas, Preparing My Heart for Easter, and Preparing My Heart for Motherhood. Her most recent book All is Calm, All is Bright, a devotional for December, is now in hardback.
Ann and her husband Will live near the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia on Skyemoor Farm, a sheep farm which provides plenty of unscripted drama and entertaining material for her column “Ann’s Lovin’ Ewe” in The Country Register.
Her first work is her current project: THE REMNANTS, the story of her grandparents’ escape from Stalin’s Russia 1929 and the child they left behind. With Crimea, Ukraine, and immigration in the news, this is a timely project
Knowing time is precious, and with her love of faith, family, and friends, Ann Marie Stewart looks to read, write, and review books that are memorable and worth a reader’s time. Books she defines as “readeemable.”
